Arctic Harvest was established in 2014 as a true farm-to-bottle distillery in North Pole, Alaska. Going back to the roots, Arctic Harvest is a family owned and operated business striving to handcraft the finest Alaska Grown spirits. The business came to life from a love of fine spirits and a barn full of feed barley. Arctic Harvest is located on a 350 acre farm just outside of North Pole, Alaska. In true pioneer spirit we do it all; from planting and fertilizing the field, to harvesting and malting the grain, and fermenting and distilling the mash. The whole cycle is completed at our facility.

Directions: From the Richardson Highway, just South of North Pole, turn onto Eielson Farm Road at the Moose Creek Intersection. Go 5.8 miles and your destination is on the right! Turn at the Arctic Harvest sign and go straight to the large grey building. Please feel free to walk/ski/bike the outskirts of the field during opening hours. Dogs must be leashed and kept outside the facility. Cheers!
